These prices are final. VAT will be applied under current legislation. Registration fees include 20 % VAT.
*In order to benefit from the Student fee, applicants must upload a valid student ID card (scanned from both sides) or a confirmation letter from their university department confirming full-time student status at the time of the Conference. Applicants must also be under 35 years of age.
Note: Registration fee must be paid by the corresponding deadlines (early, standard or late registration), otherwise the subsequent rate will be automatically applied.
The registration for IIT Conference fee includes:
- Admission to all scientific sessions of the Conference (September 20–24, 2026)
- Admission to the Exhibition area and Poster sessions
- Conference Materials
- Abstract book
- Refreshment during the Conference
- Admission to the Welcome reception (September 20, 2026)
- Admission to the Opening Ceremony (September 21, 2026) and the Closing Ceremony (September 24, 2026)
- One afternoon excursion (September 22, 2026)
- Conference dinner (September 23, 2026)
The registration for IIT School fee includes:
- Admission to all scientific sessions of the School (September 17–19, 2026)
