Join us for the IIT School Welcome Reception – an evening where tradition, hospitality and good company come together in the heart of Villach. The reception will take place at Villacher Brauhof, a traditional restaurant with a warm atmosphere and authentic Carinthian character. The venue offers a welcoming setting to meet fellow participants, lecturers and members of the organizing team before the School program begins.

Guests can look forward to a selection of regional refreshments in a relaxed reception-style setting, with plenty of time to mingle, exchange ideas and enjoy the spirit of Carinthia.

To celebrate the start of the IIT Conference, we invite you to join us for the Conference Welcome Reception in Villach. Hosted at the Congress Center Villach (CCV), one of Austria’s most modern and attractive congress venues, the reception will take place in a setting that combines contemporary architecture, state-of-the-art technology and excellent hospitality.

Enjoy light refreshments and drinks while catching up with familiar faces, making new connections and getting into the conference atmosphere. The evening provides the perfect occasion for networking and conversation in a relaxed setting before the first full conference day.

You are warmly invited to the Conference Dinner – an evening that brings together fine dining, networking, and a relaxed atmosphere in the lakeside town of Velden am Wörthersee. Set on the shores of Lake Wörthersee with its turquoise waters, the town is renowned for its elegant charm, mild climate, and beautiful Alpine scenery.

The dinner will be hosted in Casineum by the Lake, an elegant event hall located directly on the lakeshore. With its modern architecture, spacious interior, and panoramic lake views, the hall offers an exceptional setting for a memorable conference evening in the heart of Velden.

Please note that transportation to and from the Conference Dinner will be arranged by bus. Further details will be provided prior to the conference.
