Call for Papers

Paper format

1. Download the Word or LaTeX template from the following IEEE link: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
2. Use A4 format for your paper.
   1. For Word, choose the A4 template.
   2. For LaTeX, set the paper size to A4.
3. Paper length
   1. Contributed Paper: Up to 4 pages.
   2. Invited Paper: Up to 6 pages.

The papers must be submitted no later than 19 September 2026 and will be reviewed thereafter.

Proceedings

The conference proceedings will be published by IEEE. Further information on copyright transfer and final paper submission will be provided in due course.
